Background Mr Samson Otene born in 29th September,1978. He hailed from in ika south Iocal government of Delta State .He obtained bachelor of science degree in Economics from Delta State University, Abraka and Master of Science from University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2003 and 2010 respectively. Currently, he is a Ph.D student at University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He joined the defunct Delta State College of Education, Agbor in the 8th April 2013. And also joined the service of University of Delta, Agbor on 29th December 2021. He is the examination officer in the Department of Economics, Faculty of Management and Social Science.
