Background DR. (MRS). KASHIARI ESTHER DIBIE is a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) holder in Economics and the Pioneer (Ag.) Head of Department of Economics, University of Delta Agbor, Delta State, Nigeria.
She attended Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma Edo State Nigeria, where she obtained her Doctorate degree in Economics in the year 2019. She obtained her Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Economics from the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State Nigeria in 2001. She also banked her Bachelor of Science [B.Sc.] (Hons). degree in Economics from the defunct Bendel State University, Ekpoma, now Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria in 1990. She further obtained Post Graduate Diploma degrees in Education and Computer Science from the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State in the years 2006 and 1998 respectively.
